Photon Freedom Infra Red
Used by members of the Secret Service, these special-purpose Photons produce a powerful infrared beam invisible to the naked eye. Rated at 11 mW, with a wide-angle beam, this tiny key-chain sized light is more powerful than all but the brightest IR illuminators. When used in conjunction with night vision equipment, it will illuminate a large area. These Photons are excellent for use with night vision scopes & goggles, or with other equipment sensitive to infrared light. Many video surveillance cameras are also sensitive to infrared light. The increased infrared illumination provided by your infrared Photon light will allow you to clearly see objects at a greater distance than when using your equipment's built-in infrared illuminator. Of course, not all night vision equipment is created equal, so your results may vary. Infrared Photon lights work well with nearly all night vision goggles, monoculars, and scopes, however we have had mixed results with some lower end digital cameras and video cameras. Generally, the more sensitive your equipment is to infrared light, the better your results will be.

Photon Freedom Ultra Violet
These special-purpose Photon lights produce a powerful beam of ultraviolet light, which will activate fluorescent ink, strips, & fibres that are used as anti-counterfeiting measures in bank notes, credit cards, casino chips, passports, cheques, securities, cryptographic papers, etc. These key-chain sized UV lights are also great for checking fluorescent hand stamps at clubs, or curing UV-sensitive glue. The UV Photon features the extended housing of the Covert Photon I to protect your eyes from direct exposure to the UV light.
The beam has a fairly narrow focus and unlike a traditional blacklight, most of the light produced by the UV Photon is just outside the visible spectrum (370 nm). In full darkness it will cause objects to fluoresce at distances of 20 feet or more. In bright daylight the effectiveness is greatly reduced, but is still usable at about 6-12 inches.
